| The Platform System provides your cat with the perfect perches to relax. Your cat will enjoy the 16-inch high platform with two decks (front deck 24"W x 7 ½"D, rear deck 24"W x 4 ½"D). This will give your feline friend plenty of space. The platform system comes completely attached. The space under the platform can be used for food/water dishes or a litter box. Cats love this raised house arrangement and with the cedar decks, front and back, they will live in a house that is designed for a cat to live, relax and have fun too! <br><p>Optional insulation for those extremely cold or hot climates - Thermal-Ply Radiant Barrier: Thermal-Ply blocks radiant energy in both summer and winter conditions. It blocks as much as 93% of radiation (summer heat gain) and 50% to 70% of winter heat loss through the ceiling and roof. The floor, ceiling and side walls are all insulated.
